Pro: Appartamento appena ristrutturato con aria condizionata. Il salotto è spazioso e la cucina moderna con lavastoviglie. Le camere sono ampie e dispongono di aria condizionata, una ha una terrazza molto grande. Il bagno è grande e la doccia molto spaziosa, è presente anche una lavatrice. La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti in macchina dal mare e a 15 minuti da San Teodoro. Samuel, il proprietario, è super disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissima!

La vera Sardegna
Pro: Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e confortevole. La casa è pressoché identica alle foto mostrate: pulita e provvista di vari confort. Non è stata da meno l'accoglienza e il supporto che abbiamo ricevuto dall'host Samuel che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancor più apprezzata. L'appartamento è allocato in una zona silenziosa a 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di Su Tiriarzu, è il posto perfetto dove trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla fino a 4 persone, comoda la macchina del caffè, la lavatrice e il condizionatore in tutta la casa. In the heart of the local community
Pro: Comfortable clean apartment in the middle of the local community. 3 outdoor seating areas meant we could always sit in the sun. The location is also excellent. Just a few minutes walk from good restaurants, shops and the bus stops. Easy to walk to the old town and castle and the nature reserve to see the flamingos. We had a simply lovely stay and highly recommended this excellent apartment, particularly if you would like to feel part of the local community.

Convenient location, great atmosphere
Pro: The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. The coffee - a very nice touch! Our host's instructions were clear and sent in a timely manner. Within walking distance, there are a few grocery shops, restaurants and other shops. Also within walking distance, there is a church and the castel, which has a beautiful view of the area from the top. The entire area is quiet and laid back, you can see many cyclists using the very well built cycling lane. The beach is conveniently 5 minutes drive away.
Contro: There was nothing to dislike.

Pro: Die Ausstattung war perfekt, selbst Nähzeug mit Knöpfen gab es. Der Strand war sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Zu Fuß aber auch möglich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und Samuel unser Vermieter war super hilfsbereit

Úžasné, doporučuji.
Pro: Ubytování je velmi prostorné, naprosto úžasné a předčilo naše očekávání. Byt je nový, vybavený novým zařízením, velkou kuchyňskou linkou, včetně myčky na nádobí, mikrovlné trouby a kávovaru a kapslí. Kuchyň je vybavená vším potřebným k vaření i stolování, i základními surovinami jako je cukr, med, káva a sůl. V koupelně je sprchový kout a pračka, dále všechny potřebné úklidové prostředky, prací gel, sprchové gely a šampóny. Pračku jsme velmi ocenili. Samuel nám doporučil pizzérii, která je blízko a kde dělají vynikající pizzu. Parkování auta je přímo před apartmánem, v oploceném pozemku. Z ubytování jsme byli nadšení a vřele doporučujeme.

Fantastico!
Pro: Wir haben eine Woche in Posada Apartments verbracht. Die Wohnung ist erst vor kurzer Zeit saniert worden. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist komplett neu und geschmackvoll, modern, hell (aber sehr gut abdunkelbar), supersauber! Die Klimaanlage funktioniert in allen Räumen einwandfrei, die Betten sind sehr bequem. WLAN Ist sehr gut. Ein grosser smartTV ist auch vorhanden. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter Samuel ist immer superschnell zur Stelle, wenn doch mal etwas fehlt oder man Fragen hat. Parken ist auf dem verschließbaren Hof möglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden , haben nichts vermisst und kommen sehr gern wieder.
Contro: Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.
