Pro: Struttura vicina a tutti i servizi e al mare, parcheggio privato e bella area esterna. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.

Contro: Leggermente rumorosa essendo fianco strada.

Pro: Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge di San Teodoro La terrazzina vista mare La cortesia e la cordialità dell'host. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Pro: La location è bella come nelle foto. La posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti verso Tavolara. Molto gradito il parcheggio interno vista la scarsità dei parcheggi esterni.

Lovely

Pro: This is perfect apartment for families and couples. The apartment's floor plan allowed two families to live together but separately. Two bathrooms ensured privacy.

Contro: The only negative thing, if I have to say something, is the condition of the Teflon pans, they were in substandard condition. But on the other hand, regular and good condition pots and frying pans were readily available. And kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you can imagine and hope. Only the teflon pans were bad.

Great location, lovely beaches, great with small kids

Pro: The location is great especially if you are with a small child, there is a kids playground across the street, beaches to go to. Safe parking. Lovely restaurant across the street. Washing machine was very useful. Accommodation was clean.

Contro: As we were in the ground floor, it gets a bit dark. Some warm lamp for the evening would be nice. And needs more towel hangers. The mattress could be better.

Pro: Perfect location for a chilled out week in beautiful Sardinia

Contro: Bed was rather hard, but that is the italian way

Contro: Shower pressure was not great, the WiFi was spotty in the bedroom and the outdoor light either didn’t work or I couldn’t figure out how to make it work

Pro: Everything was perfect for us. We had the 3 bedroom apartment. Ice cold aircondition, and amazing view.everything is close by! our host ermano was amazing, very friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Pro: Friendly owner and good location parking place at the apartment

Contro: I missed an automatic light at the terrace as we leave early in the morning and it was dark. But this is only a small thing

Pro: Location was excellent and they had good facilities like hairdryer, washing machine and iron

Contro: They had no basic supplies like soap etc.
