Quando pensi sia troppo bello per essere vero. Invece lo è.

Pro: La posizione fa sì che sia necessario essere muniti di automobile( aspetto più che frequente se si prevede un soggiorno in Sardegna), ma il panorama che si può godere dal Residence e la tranquillità del luogo è un valore aggiunto impagabile. In poco tempo poi le spiagge si possono raggiungere agevolmente. L'atmosfera del luogo fa quasi pensare di essere gli unici ospiti, l'host è discreto ma super disponibile e i suoi suggerimenti sono molto utili. La sera una musica di sottofondo rende tutto ancora più magico. l'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve, ciò rende il soggiorno ancora più sereno; per qualcuno affittare un appartamento può valere l'altro ma i dettagli dell'arredamento, della progettazione degli appartamenti, è significativo della passione con cui è stato creato il residence e non solo per \

Pro: Luogo di pace sensazionale, il Sig. Flavio e’ una persona straordinaria, sempre disponibile al 100%, siamo stati accolti in modo esemplare. Vista dal terrazzo su Tavolara eccezionale che non ha eguali. Tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli. Grazie davvero!

Pace e relax

Pro: Bellissima posizione con vista Tavolara. Il giardino è molto curato in ogni particolare dalle piante alle luci colorate la sera e soprattutto per la musica che dalle 18 si diffonde per tutto il villaggio creando un'atmosfera molto piacevole e rilassante. L'alloggio è molto pulito ( cosa che non si trova dappertutto) e molto particolare dato dalla cura dei dettagli e dalla varietà di luci colorate che creano un ambiente unico. Il proprietario Flavio è una persona molto preparata e disponibile che sa consigliare molti posti sia per passare la giornata che per cenare. Che dire.... chi soggiorna in questo villaggio scopre un posto unico... Consigliatissimo!!!!

Pro: The appartement is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention for details and a very pleasant look and feel. The way the appartements are situated in the botanic garden creates a lot of privacy for all the guests. There are three different terraces suited for different times through the day. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of the village and the sea. Most special however is the host Flavio who really walks the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. Nothing is to much for him. He visibly enjoys pampering his guests. Booking the best tables at the best restaurants, (boat) excursions, or showing how to get to the most beautifull beaches. We never experienced such a warm welcome before. Flavio’s extensive guide that he sends on forehand is the beginning of anticipation.

Contro: Being Dutch we always have some positive feedback….. It would be great if there are some basics available in the appartment, like detergent, salt/pepper, sugar that everyone uses but never uses up during the stay.

Pro: The Appartement was honestly one of the cleanest we have ever seen. They have a lovely interior with a lot of details. The host was really helpful with his tips, we really enjoyed our stay!

Pro: Many thanks to the great host Flavio - the apartment, location were great! All needed for the family holidays was at our disposal. Sophisticated design and lovely Tavolara view from our living room made our stay special. More than that, Flavio kindly helped us to organise unforgettable sailing boat trip around La Maddalena archipelago as well as booked the best restaurants around to make our gastronomical experience memorable. We can definitely recommend this place for a family holiday or a romantic getaway!

Pro: Truly extraordinary experience. Nicely built apartments thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, far exceeding the level of average rentals. In particular in Sardinia I have never seen anything like this. Beautiful view of the sea both from the bedroom and the roof terrace. Nicely kept garden around the apartments. Great location to explore Sardinia's best beaches. Lastly and above all, Flavio is the best host you can imagine, providing an extremely helpful guide for food, restaurants, bars, beaches, tours and more, giving live tips throughout your stay if you want and getting you dinner reservations in the best restaurants, which altogether will elevate your stay significantly even if you already know Sardinia.

Pro: Flavio is exceptional host, like nobody else we met before. His knowledge about the place and Sardinia is amazing. We got plenty of advises regarding local specialties, places to visit, beaches to go, restaurants worth checking etc. thanks to him we enjoyed our holiday 100%. We loved the terrace with the sea view and the nature around us. We could enjoy lovely garden and silent surroundings. Parking was easy either inside the complex or outside at the street.

Contro: We should have booked bit bigger apartment, but at the end we even did not consider it as a disadvantage.

Wonderful apparement in a lush greenery , perfectly located.

Pro: The property is wonderful and blends perfectly with the nature around, amazing view on la Tavolara island from our terrace (appt. 3) close, 15 to 20 mn drive to the best beaches of north Sardinia (cala Brandinchi, Lu impostu, la cinta etc ..). Flavio the owner helped us a lot during our stay and was always available. He prepared a brochure with all the tips you might need for a first time in Sardinia (from beaches, restaurants, to excursions) The complex were fully booked when we was there but the appartements are build in a manner that gives you a much appreciated privacy. Huge thanks to Flavio to have making our trip even more beautiful.

Pro: We liked the terrace, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the garden, the beautiful stone wall work, the individual designs overall, the bed was very comfy, the shower and kitchen tiles were beautiful, the new oven worked very well, the quick reply to any questions is great. Flavio is is very interested in architecture and design and very happy to share it with interested people. He makes everyone welcome with open arms and tried to help even when it is short notice. He wishes the best for his customers which is mirrored in his support.

Contro: The fridge was unstable which we could manage but we let Flavio know on our last day and I'm sure it was fixed straight after we left. We also suggested a socket nearer to equipment such as toaster etc in our apartment.
