Comfortable spacious apartment with three full bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pro: Everything went OK. Comfortable spacious apartment with three full bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large terrace facing the quiet garden between the blocks, where it was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner. Very good location about 15 minutes by car from Olbia and the airport, or less than 2 hours to the beautiful historic Alghero and Grotta di Nettuno on the west. Well-stocked supermarket 100m from the apartment + restaurants where you can eat well. Costa Smeralda beaches either within walking distance or a few minutes by car (beautiful La Cinta and Porto Taverna with nice bird reservation - flamingos...), San Teodoro etc.. I have to highlight the above-standard communication and approach of the host/owner. Even in October, Sardinia had a lot to offer, it wasn't too hot, swimming was OK, and there were few people. Based on experience, we can only recommend it.

Contro: Basically, there's not much to complain about, the price/performance ratio is fine for us.

Pro: Аппартаменты очень просторные, чистые, есть все необходимое для отдыха . Супермаркеты, пляж, рестораны в шаговой доступности, городок не большой, но очень красивый, нам очень понравился! Автобус 514 маршрут до Ольбии в город и аэропорт, очень удобно! Спасибо хозяинам,на все вопросы контактировали и информировали.Мы остались очень довольны. Очень рекомендую этот аппартмент!

Experiencia amena en entorno increíble

Pro: Me encantaría destacar la buena ubicación del apartamento en el pueblo San Paolo, a 12 km del aeropuerto de Olbia. Zona muy tranquila donde hemos podido desconectar completamente en la semana de vacaciones. Las instalaciones algo antiguas pero limpias. El primer día vimos que había atasque en el lavabo de uno de los baños y avisé a la chica para que fuera a verlo y decidió echar un producto. Por lo demás bien.

Contro: No había disponibilidad de red Wifi aún, parece ser que es un avance que pondrán en un futuro

Pro: Proche des commerces, de la mer. Présence d'Équipements ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle, barbecue ) La terrasse est agréable , le lieu est calme. Lits confortable Récupération du logement rapide , hôte sympathique Très bon séjour dans le logement pour 7

Contro: Pas de parking réservé au logement. On nous annonce que le linge et ménage ne sont pas compris dans le tarif au moment de notre réservation ( oct 23) peu de temps avant notre venue. Une annulation gratuite serait appréciable

Sehr schöner Urlaub auf Sardinien

Pro: Schöne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und sehr guter Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Porto San Paolo hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Contro: Die Elektrik ist nicht sehr stabil, wir mussten ab und zu die Sicherung wieder einschalten.
