Pro: Posizione stupenda, circondato dagli ulivi e con bellissima vista dalla veranda. Comodissimo per visitare il golfo di Orosei. Silenzioso e tranquillo. Pulitissimo e con tutto l'occorrente. Patrizia, la proprietaria, cortese e disponibile. Voto 10 con lode. Eccezionale.

Totally worth it, a fantastic week.
Pro: The apartment for four people is spacious, comfortable and fresh (we did not need AC!), nice patio with with a porch swing, chairs and dining table, surrounded by olive trees. Everything was extra clean, stove and dishwasher looked pristine and worked perfectly, handy - shared - washing machine. Patrizia, out host, was extremely kind and flexible in accepting a couple of request we had. Excellent location, just outside Orosei, it's easy to reach a number of beautiful beaches and climbing areas (a car is needed).

A perfect place to stay in Orosei
Pro: - Excellent facilities; - Large room and living room; - Kitchen, well equipped with all required appliances and tools; - Shared laundry, if required; - Private parking; - Beach umbrella and beach chairs available for use; - In spite of being 2Km outside the Village, there is a big supermarket just 200m away; - Tranquility; - Just 10 minutes away (by car) of several not crowded beaches in the Orosei sand strip (first week of July), with easy beach access and parking; - Good air conditioning in room and living room; - Large balcony with sea view, chairs, large meal table (in addition to the inner meal table) and cozy sitting area; - Great and friendly host;
Contro: - Almost nothing. The shower pressure was sometimes slightly low, what in turn made a little bit difficult to fine tune the water temperature. But it was perfectly workable.

Pro: tout absolument tout était parfait. le + douches à l'extérieur,le barbecue, le matériel de plage, les oliviers! patriçia l'hôte est serviable agréable discrète.

Pro: Wunderbare Unterkunft mit einer tollen Terrasse und einen fantastischen Blick. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig unter Olivenbäumen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, beantwortet alle Fragen und gibt Tipps für weitere Unternehmungen. Die Ausstattung ist Top.
Contro: Leider gibt es im Nachbargebiet Hunde, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Es ist nicht möglich mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Abgesehen davon ist auch die Straße recht laut.

Schöne entspannte Auszeit im Olivenhain
Pro: Patrizia ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Es war sehr sauber. Laken und Tücher haben wir selbst mitgebracht, es gibt eine Waschmaschine die man in festgelegter Ordnung mit den anderen beiden Apartments abwechselnd nutzen kann. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in Schlaf und Wohnbereich. Man kann gut darin kochen, draußen grillen und in der Wohnung bequem und ruhig schlafen. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt, bei Grillengezirpe und schönem Blick aufs Meer. Orosei ist gleich nebenan und hat eine hübsche Altstadt und es gibt schöne Strände in der Umgebung, die man mit dem Mietwagen erkunden kann. Supermarkt ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Contro: Es ist an einer Verbindungsstraße gelegen - kein Kritikpunkt, aber wer gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, hat Schwierigkeiten. Man benötigt ein Auto um an einen anderen Ort zu kommen - und sollte wie überall auf Sardinien Serpentinen-sicher sein. Die Ferienwohnung ist eher hochpreisiger, im Vergleich zu anderen, die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben.
