More than expected!!!

Pro: Apartment is fully equipped. Kitchen is full of all required devices, including coffee machine and TV. Apartment has washing machine and we were surprised that even detergence was included. Apartment is very commodious with high sealings. In front of the apartment is free parking street and we always were able to find empty space to park our car. Just few hundred meters to city center, where all the restaurants and bars are located, but at the same time the location of the apartment is very quiet and cozy. We liked it very much and can suggest to anyone. The owner is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much.

Perfecta estadía

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena. Todo el apartamento tuvo todo lo necesario para dos personas. La comunicación con la persona responsable fue vía WhatsApp y en todo momento fue súper fluida. Pudimos lavar ropa ya que fue una estadía de 12 noches. El apartamento contaba con algunas cápsulas de café, insumos necesarios para el baño y hasta sombrilla para ir a la playa.

Contro: Algunos muebles del dormitorio tenían olor a humedad pero no fue necesario utilizarlos ya que cuenta con un armario de 6 puertas súper grande y en muy buenas condiciones.

One of the best house you can stay in Olbia. Definitely recommended!

Pro: Very spacy and clean house. Furthermore, very close to the city center. Easy to find free park places around. Our host Valeria was very kind and solved every issue immediately. Great restaurants and Pizzeria’s around.

Contro: Shower glass door was leaking a bit though it can easily be fixed. Not an important issue.
