Good value/ comfortable

Pro: Very comfortable - had everything you needed - nice balcony ( with a great view) - 15min walk to centre of town

Contro: Washing machine didn’t work while I was there but has now been replaced with a new one.

Place where I would like to come back.

Pro: Professional and nice people. Excellent location close to all what necessary. Very quiet area , friendly and helpfull people.

Pro: Quiet neighbourhood, easy to find parking. Great owner and communication with.

Pro: We felt really at home in this apartment. It was well looked after and our host was very prompt with everything we could possibly want. He sent us links to restaurants, locations, gave us directions to the closest beaches, etc. What we liked the most was autonomous check in and availability of the host to answer questions. The apartment was very clean, we were supplied with clean towels on arrival. There is a local pizzeria down the street, 50 meters from the house where they make the best pizza. The other dishes we didn't really like but the pizza -mamma mia! It is close to bus stops, supermarket and pizzerias! Thank you Pietro!

Pro: Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need. In a quiet residential area, so nice sleep. Good bed, shower and cooking facilities. We ended up cooking a couple of meals on top of the usual breakfasts in the mornings, which helped a lot. Pierro, our host, was very helpful and communicated with us very well!

Contro: The apartment was just a bit out of the way. As we decided to not drive, the apartment was about 25-30min walk distance from the city centre. This wasn't a big issue, but meant walking along bad pavements. However, the place is well serviced with buses that work well, so great to visit the surrounding beaches. Not a biggie, but worth mentioning to the environmentally friendly pals out there.

Pro: The property was easy to find with easy self checkin. Easy parking always near the property and great location for easy access to beaches supermarket in walking distance and about a 5-minute drive to the old centre where parking is easily accessible. Host was fast to respond on messages and queries.

Contro: Missing a few kitchen essentials and property was a little small for 3 adults.

Pro: The apartment is comfortable , and in the quiet and good location . Excellent as a base for exploring the island. There was always place to park . The host was very kind and helpful .

Pro: Clean, functional and we'll equiped apartment with a nice little balcony to enjoy the sunset and the mountains line in the distance

Contro: The kitchen could be better equiped for home cooking

Pro: Experiencia muy agradable. El propietario super simpático y amable. Limpio, cómodo, suficientemente grande para 2 personas. Hay parasoles a disposición, muy útil para ir a la playa. Muy fácil de encontrar aparcamiento en la calle y gratuitamente.

Contro: La ducha estába un poco atascada

Logement qui fait le job et qui sent bon le propre. Super rapport qualité/prix.

Pro: Logement tres propre et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Grande chambre. Le fer a repasser, lisseur et sèche cheveux a dispo. La bouteille d’eau dans le frigo, les dosettes de café et sachets de thé gracieusement offerts. Personnel accueillant, souriant et généreux en conseils.

Contro: S’il pouvait etre plus proche de la rue pietonne d’olbia il serait parfait… mais aussi surement plus cher…
