A perfect week stay, very quiet and peaceful.
Pro: Elena met us even on time even though we were an hour earlier. The entire property was well kept including the gardens, kitchen and bedrooms. Nice clean towels and clean bathrooms.
Contro: Cold pool in September. It was lovely but way too cold to swim properly in cooler months. Other small things that would help maybe; extra water/wine glasses would have been great. But it didn't spoil what was a lovely break away. End of season some restaurants and beach bars close down, so be aware that not all places are open along the coast or beach.

Great stay - would recommend and come back again !
Pro: We liked the quiet location but still within walking distance of the supermarket and the beaches/sea The pool was larger than we had expected and the grounds were lovely so we enjoyed spending time at the property when not at the beach. Outside dining was great - except for the nasty wasps that seemed to appear in a gang every time we tried to have lunch or dinner - not the owners fault of course but it did spoil things somewhat.
Contro: Hard to find fault to be honest. The smaller shower of the 2 easily flooded - the water didnt drain quickly enough so you had to keep turning the water off mid-shower and have it turned on very low to prevent the water from flooding out into the bathroom. It would have been nice to have at least had some bottles of water in the fridge for arrival - we arrived late so couldnt even have a glass of water or cup of tea/coffee as we didnt trust the tap water. we bought some large bottles and left them in the fridge for the next occupants ! There could have been a few more kitchen items - for example some normal-sized cereal bowls and a few more glass tumblers (only 4 provided) - a blender would be best left in the kitchen permanently, it was nice to have one delivered when we asked but could only use it for 3 days once received. Instructions on how to use the OVEN would also be useful - the oven is not at all easy to understand/use.

Excellent place would definately look to stay there again
Pro: Modern, clean both indoor and outdoor spaces. 10 mins walk to 3 beaches, supermarket, cafe and restaurant , and 10 mins drive from Olbia and other towns

Perfect.
Pro: The property was immaculate, with everything you need and more. The location was excellent. The host couldn’t haven any more accommodating. The lady next door was the sweetest. The terrace was a bonus. It is the most luxurious and nicest apartment I think I have ever rented. Everything was the best of quality.
Contro: Nothing. It was absolutely beautiful.

Pro: La casa es excepcional, con piscina privada, lavadora, área BBQ y un jardín hermoso. Es realmente un alojamiento increíble y bien localizado ! Y tiene aire acondicionado
Contro: Pese a tener lavadora de ropa y lavaplatos, no hay detergente para lavar ropa, tampoco hay pastillas para el lavaplatos, ni aceite para cocinar, ni agua. Muchas facilidades, pero muy mal que el cliente tenga que comprar detergente o pastillas para el lavaplatos para solo unos días

Pro: Habitaciones dobles muy amplias, con 3 baños. Camas muy cómodas. Limpieza impecable. La dueña muy amable,nos recibió aunque llegamos de madrugada al apartamento. Tiene una zona de jardín/terraza con mesa, tumbonas y barbacoa.
Contro: Tiene un salón-cocina con un sofá muy pequeño (2 plazas) para el tamaño de la casa. Algo alejado del centro de Olbia. Aunque indica en la descripción que no tiene piscina, aparece una foto de ella que puede llevar a confusión.

Villa très confortable
Pro: Villa très moderne, très propre avec une climatisation très performante dans chaque pièce. Les chambres sont spacieuses toutes équipées d’une douche et d’un wc. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. L’endroit est calme, plage et mini market à 10 minutes à pied. Excellent contact avec Elena la propriétaire.
