Ottimo alloggio
Pro: Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Olbia ma vicina a supermercati e centro commerciale, zona molto tranquilla. Casa nuova e accogliente, cucina fornita di tutto lo stretto indispensabile.
Contro: Peccato per la piscina della struttura non accessibile per la mancanza del bagnino.

Nice location, good value for money, really nice flat, clean and lovely host.
Pro: Overall really nice place, good size, reasonable kitchen with big fridge-freezer. Two AC units one in balcony, one in the room — although they struggled to fight the heat, they were just about good enough. We really liked balcony, it had window which means cold air from AC was not running away (otherwise it would be difficult to sit there!). Location was very good for us, but make sure to rent a car! If you don't have a car, it will be really challenging! There is parking spot, under the roof, and it's very convenient to get in/out. I was worried about the airport noise (it's very close), but it was not noticeable. Host was also very lovely, quick to reply and helpful with checkin.
Contro: Water supply was biggest challenge. It seems there is finite supply of water for the building so you might not be able to shower during \

Pro: The apartment was really nicely decorated. We loved it. It is exactly what you see in the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. There is a private parking space allocated to the property. The host was very approachable and prior to our visit, they sent us videos and detailed instructions on how to access the flat.
Contro: Quite far from the city center, definitely not walking distance. You will have to drive to the city center.

Pro: Das Zimmer war wie abgebildet. Wirklich schön! Es war sauber und troz Nähe zum Flughafen ruhig. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Yachthafen mit Restaurant zu erreichen. Schönes Ambiente. Über Geschmack entscheidet jeder selber. In der Nähe (1km) gibt es ein Shoppingcenter. Eine spaghetteria ist ebenfalls (top) in der Nähe.
Contro: Es war schade dass der Pool der Anlage nicht gereinigt und geöffnet war. Ein Zugang zum Meer/Strand in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht. Man kann zum Hafenbecken spazieren aber nicht baden. Die Wohnanlage als Solches war nicht im besten/schönsten Zustand. Für uns ok da wir viel unterwegs waren. Das Apartment selbst war da viel wichtiger.

Pro: Beliggenheten, balkongen, vaskemaskin, fryseboks, stort kjøleskap, masse perkering, stille og rolig
Contro: SENGA! Den knirker når man snur seg i den. Veldig hard og ligge i, og putene var veldig ukomfortable. Fikk kink i nakken under oppholdet

Pro: L’emplacement était super à quelques min de l’aéroport et à 15min du centre. Les équipements de la chambre était super, il y a une télé connectée et une belle petite cuisine. Lit confortable Centre commercial à 2min en voiture.

Pro: Mooi en compleet appartement. Ook de communicatie vanuit de verhuurder was meer dan goed.
Contro: De verhuurder gaf een dag vooraf aan dat er verbouwingen waren aan het complex en zwembad. We hadden alleen hinder van het zwembad. Dat was niet bruikbaar, helaas!!!

Pro: Heel mooi en schoon appartement! Mooi uitzicht op de stad van Olbia. Het Airport en de stad zijn snel en makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Alles zit dichtbij het appartement, supermarkten, winkels etc. Je krijgt vooraf alle informatie, en het contact verliep goed. Kreeg snel antwoord via whatsapp en waren heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!
Contro: met harde wind hoor je de stalen buiten deur heel erg kwa geluid dat kan je wakker houden in de nacht. Heb er iets tussen gestopt toen was het weg.
