Appartamento Smeralda - SHERDENIA Luxury Apartments

A beautiful place. Could use more accurate description.

Pro: The host is very responsive and helpful. The view is amazing. The apartment was very clean and the quirky design makes it a bit different.

Contro: The balcony area is heavily staged in the photos and while the view is truly saving the space, in reality the space needs some tlc. There are rusty areas and only one lounger which is ripped to the point that it can’t be used. I think the biggest disappointment for us was the misleading beach distance. While the beach is very close it would be a dangerous walk along a road with no path. When you use google maps it will say the beach is 650m walk, which it is, but the safe walk from the apartment is policed by a very anger security guard ( the access is through the neighboring complex and he absolutely will not allow guests through). Also as taxis are very difficult to get and prohibitively expensive, do not consider staying here without a car.

Pro: The host was very friendly and we felt welcomed though we have never seen her :) We checked in and checked out by ourselves. View is spectacular, swimming pool is nice and refreshingly cold in the end of september :D Apartment has almost everything you could wish for. Beach is at walking distance. (for people with disabilities this apartment and path to the beach is not suitable). Accessible only by car.

Contro: It could be a little bit more clean then it would be a 10 :)

Lovely stay at Apartmento Smeralda!

Pro: Appartamento Smeralda was a beautiful apartment. The apartment js located in a private area of Golfo Aranci with other apartments close by. It had good utilities and extremely clean within the apartment. You can use any of the 3 pools located on the premises of the property. Two paths from the apartment to the local beaches which are great. Maria had smooth communication and was fantastic, thank you Maria.

Contro: The walls are quite thin. We did not have anyone on top of us, but could hear neighbours talking next door to each other.

Es war traumhaft und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir hatten sowohl vom Schalfzimmer als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der geräumige Balkon (ebenfalls vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer zu betreten) lud täglich zu einem Frühstück und Abendessen mit Ausblick ein. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Obwohl es dort mehrere Appartements gibt, welche auch belegt waren, haben wir von anderen Gästen kaum etwas mitbekommen. Auch den großen und gepflegten Pool hatten wir fast ausschließlich zur alleinigen Nutzung. Der Strand kann nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden und ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Contro: Es gibt nichts. Ja, dafür, dass es sich um ein Appartement ohne Hotelservice handelt, ist es nicht ganz günstig, aber für uns hat es sich wirklich gelohnt.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und grandiosen Blick!

Pro: Das Apartment ist in einer Anlage gelegen, die durch Schranken und Security geschützt wird. Von dem riesigen Balkon hat man eine grandiose Sicht auf das Meer und den Strand. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Ausstattung, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Maria war als Gastgeberin auch immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen wenn nötig. Es war eine wahninnig schöne Zeit und wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen.
