Bellissima casa con vista ed esposizione fantastici

Pro: Contesto e vista bellissimi. La casa è completa di quanto necessario per una famiglia anche con bimbi.

Contro: Ci sono alcuni elementi che denotano l'età dell'immobile (sono comunque ben tenuti) e che potrebbero essere rinnovati.

I'm keen to return once the seating has been updated.

Pro: It's a really nice apartment building in a great spot. The rooms are laid out well, and there are even two bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you need (except a garlic press and a cheese grater).

Contro: The furniture in the living room and on the patio is really old and worn out. The cushions on the seats are all flat. The outdoor table is all warped from the moisture, so you can't even put a drink on it without it tipping over. And all the chairs are super low to the ground, so it's not comfortable to sit in at all.

Pro: Very nice apartment, clean and convenient, nicely furnished, good condition. The view from the two (!) terraces was amazing. Since it's a bit up on a hill, there is a nice cooling breeze. Has all the equipment needed. If you have a car (you probably should here, otherwise you're quite limited), you have easy access to a large number of beautiful beaches. Some quiet beaches accessible by footpath from the apartment. The pool was very nice, clean, great for children, great view. Check in worked well, agency responds quickly.

Contro: Although it was very nice, there were some minor nitpicks, so it wasn't quite the level of comfort we expected for this price. Pool and beach are a bit farther away than expected (apartment was at the very farthest point of the complex). No mosquito screens, so couldn't open the windows at night (lots of mosquitos). Using the outside water tap floods the whole terrace because the drain is at the opposite end. Kitchen has no working surfaces and no decent cutting knives. A lot of instructions on how to sort and take out the garbage, but the communal garbage area was a stinking mess. To sum up, some minor inconveniences, nothing that would ruin a stay, but perhaps a bit overpriced - to be fair, this is generally an expensive location.

Pro: Great to have the pool. Lots of kitchen equipment. Clean and comfortable

A great stay for a week with family and there is so nice beaches everywhere on Sardinia to visit.

Pro: The location was perfect with a fantastic view over the ocean, the property is very secure and you need a code to get into the area, there is also a private parking spot for our car in the shades, the Host was super with fantastic service.

Contro: The garbage sorting system is very complicated and not easy to understand, how to sort different things in 6 different ways and deliver it for pick up every day.

Juste inoubliable, tout était parfait

Pro: Emplacement juste magnifique, appartement exactement comme sur les photos, très beau et bien équipé avec des meubles magnifiques et tout le confort nécessaire. Une vue à couper le souffle. Tout était parfait. Encore merci

Contro: Vraiment un petit détail qui n’a rien altéré à notre satisfaction mais un grille pain serait le bienvenu, et la mise à disposition de linges de plage nous éviterait de devoir les prendre dans les valises.

Excellent séjour, nous avons découvert de jolies plages et exursions (ex: dauphins, plongée)

Pro: 2 terrasses avec vue magnifique sur la mer et le port

Contro: L’appartement était propre mais des points peuvent être améliorés (ex: toilettes, poussière sous les lits)

Pro: Wspaniały, przestronny apartament, urządzony ze smakiem, piękny salon z kominkiem i jadalnią, częściowo zadaszony taras z dużym stołem, w podcieniu część wypoczynkowa, pięknie zagospodarowana zieleń, leżaki, kilka kroków od basenu i plaży.

Contro: Kuchnia jest dość mała i niezbyt funkcjonalna, choć dobrze wyposażona; ale jak jada się na mieście, to nie trzeba z niej za bardzo korzystać. Niezbędny środek lokomocji

A room with a view

Pro: Emplacement, jardin avec vue mer 360 ° ! Grande terrasse. Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé, et très confortable, starter fourni (dosettes café, condiments et produits d'entretien, savon). Belle piscine. Superbe plage déserte accessible à pied par la côte en qqs mn. Entretien parfait des espaces verts. Et surtout le luxe d'être quasi seuls dans le domaine...

Contro: Oreillers trop durs. Pas de prêt de serviette de plage. Pas d'état des lieux. 2 chambres au sous sol avec faible luminosité. Fenêtre chambre rez de chaussée sur l'entrée, à 2 m de celle des voisins... Très grande proximité des appartements, le moindre bruit résonne très fort. A éviter en plein été....
