Pro: Ottima la posizione, la comodità come a casa ma al mare in Sardegna.

Contro: Migliorabile la discesa al mare ma non dipende dall'ospite, bensì dalle casse comunali, presumo.

Pro: Posizione tranquilla di fronte ad una piccola spiaggia , casa bene arredata letti comodi e molto pulita . Personale dell agenzia davvero gentili ed accoglienti ! Ottimo parcheggio interrato . Piccolo supermercato a pochi passi , gli altri negozi , bar carini si trovano in centro . Splendido terrazzo con barbecue , cortile interno chiuso ideale per bambini

Contro: Lo stagno di fronte a casa con uccelli bellissimi ma fischiano anche la notte. Un po’ lontano dal centro per chi ha bambini piccoli occorre spostarsi in auto

Pro: letti comodi, pulizia , casa ben attrezzata. staff gentilissimo. buona posizione

Pro: Appartamento ben arredato, munito di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Plus 2 camere con ognuno il suo bagno. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia libera.

Nice location

Pro: Nice location, close to a supermarket and many beautiful beaches nearby.

Contro: Soft mattress Moscitonet would be good Smelly cuboards

The place is great but there are several simple things that can really improve the stay there.

Pro: Very nice modern villa with spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Beds and pillows were comfortable. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed. Garage for the car in the property which is great for the hot summer days.

Contro: There are no mosquitos nets on the windows and on the door. Although the great experience in the place it was really frustrating to fight with mosquitos and flys every night. Also no coffee machine.

Pro: Good size two bedroom flat with two bathrooms (none of them en-suite), one bedroom and adjacent bathroom is slightly smaller than the other one. Uninterrupted view from living room with an option to have meals on the balcony. A short walk to a small beach with white sand and clear water, a few shops (including grocery) across the street and walking distance to the town centre - makes the property an ideal location. Secure underground parking. There are plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Very large top terrace with amazing views, two sunbeds, table and chairs and grill facilities.

Contro: If you are staying for longer than 2-3 nights, you may likely need to bring/purchase your own shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tabs and washing machine detergent (if you are going to use it) as the property only provides all these in minimal quantity. We didn't like the fact that there were sheets instead of duvet covers as we don't find this neither comfortable nor hygienic. If you like to sleep in, you may be disturbed by a noise coming from the workshops across the street.

Great location & apartment, could use some enhancements

Pro: Very nice balcony with a view of the sea, very calm area and village-style condo of apartments. Very clean apartment & kitchen fitted with all utensils needed. Very easy check in process and direct communication with the agency managing the property - everything is very well thought through and the team is there to support when needed, very responsive.

Contro: The bathrooms are already aged and would need some renovations - the showers are very small and rusty. The rooftop terrace is very large and gives amazing views on the sea. The stairs to the terrace however are very narrow and make it cumbersome to go up there. Additionally the furniture is very basic and not welcoming/ comfortable to relax there- we used it mainly for barbecuing. We were asked to physically come to the agency’s office to pay for some extras we requested. While the office is not far away, it’s still an extra hassle and would be nice to solve some other way.

Pro: The accommodation fully met our expectations. everything that was agreed was fulfilled. The apartment has a beautiful and large terrace. Each room has its own toilet, which is great. The apartment is in a nice location, everything was clean. There is a shop near the complex. During our stay, mosquito spraying was done, so we had no problems with them.
