La Casa Sul Mare

Pro: magnifica vista dalla terrazza, vicino al mare. Marco e Concetta erano molto cordiale e attento a tutte le nostre richieste. Raccomandate!

Non vorrai tornare a casa

Pro: Il sogno di molti, una casa sulla spiaggia, una veranda ampia e attrezzata, un giardino con luoghi dove sedersi al fresco, un cancellino in legno e l'accesso ad una caletta di sabbia chiara e scogli di granito, acqua turchese. La casa è comoda, con una zona giorno ampia e una cucina attrezzata, l camera da letto matrimoniale è comoda con bagno riservato, le altre due camere hanno letti singoli e un bagno in comune. Le auto si parcheggiano all'interno del giardino d'ingresso. Si vorrebbe rimanere molto a lungo..

Pro: The space is light and airy and the view from the apartment is excellent. The beach is just at the bottom of the garden and is very nice .

Contro: The terrace is not so private and the sound proofing between apartments is not great ( wwe had a young family next door and was woken early ) Lots of rules that are hard to follow especially the rubbish situation . I find it strange to pay so much and be expected to deal with your own rubbish , nowhere was open to deal with it but the cleaning ladies helped us out

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable accommodation for a family of four.

Pro: Location is excellent as it located on the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, gelaterias and small shops. It was clean and comfortable for a family of four. Well equipped in terms of space for wet towels, outside space and for cooking.

Contro: The moka pot did not work and the several of the plates on the stove (hob) did not ignite. The pillows in the bedrooms were not comfortable to sleep on. The quilt in the master bedroom was smelling. I think it was perhaps folded and packed away before it was dry completely prior to our arrival.

Great location for beach

Pro: Location was fantastic, and the beautiful beach was right behind the apartment with shops and restaurants close by. Fantastic views of the beach and there is parking available on site.

Contro: Very disappointed with our treatment from the host. No one meets you on arrival. There is a high charge for linen and towels, and we negotiated this price. There was no sponge, dishwashing liquid, or tea towel in the apartment. We contacted the host numerous times with no results, so we had to buy our own cleaning products. We left the rooms very clean, we swept the floors and wiped the basin and bench in the bathroom. We were accused of dirtying 1 mattress, but all our bed sheets were clean??? TAKE PHOTOS WHEN YOU LEAVE!!

Pro: Me and my family absolutely loved the flat, the location and our stay at La Casa sul Mare. The house has direct access to the beach and the view from the terrace is just stunning. The apartment was very clean, comes with all amenities and both check in and check out were clear, easy and smooth. Marco proved to be a great host, communication was great and he always went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed to enjoy our holiday! Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist grandios, aber statt „Kunde ist König“ kommt man wie ein potenzieller Verbrecher vor.

Pro: Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer vorzüglichen Lage mit tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Zugang zum „eigenen“ Strand ist einmalig schön!

Contro: Dies ist meine erste negative Bewertung bei Booking.com. Man wird im Vorfeld mehrmals mit Nachrichten belästigt und soll einen Vertrag unterschreiben. Achtung, man kommt sich dabei wie ein VerbrecherIn vor. Vergisst man zum Beispiel den Müll in die Entsorgung zu bringen, kostet das 150€ Strafe! Das ist nur eine von gefühlten 100 möglichen Vergehen. 2/5 der Mietkosten wird für den Empfang und die Betreuung verrechnet, wobei man weder beim Check-in noch beim Check-out jemanden sieht. Die Nachrichten und Infos haben wir über WhatsApp bekommen. Dabei fehlte eine Anrede, das Grusswort, noch wusste man wer einen anschrieb. Einrichtung genügend. Kaffeemaschine fehlt gänzlich. Wir lieben den Kaffee aus dem Bialetti, aber auch da sind 25€ scheinbar zu viel, um mal eine funktionierende anzuschaffen. Die Mail der Verwaltung zum Rückblick der mit Stress behafteten „Ferien“-Tage war zumindest etwas versöhnlich.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung ist überragend. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand, der sehr ruhig war und nur von den umliegenden Häusern genutzt wurde. Die Wohnung is sehr gut ausgestattet.

Contro: Der Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse hin zur anderen Wohnung könnte etwas höher bzw. dichter sein, was aber kein großer Kritikpunkt sein soll. Man hätte noch etwas mehr Privatsphäre.

Sehr schöne woche

Pro: Die Info bez der Tür kam erst nach Ankunft. Zu spät…. Trotz Sat Tv kein einziger deutscher Kanal,konnte auch vom Personal nicht eingestellt werden. Sonst ein wirklich schöner Platz

Pro: Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, die Ruhe und die unmittelbare (nur ein paar Schritte) Nähe an den sehr schönen Strand waren super.

Contro: Kaffeemaschine und Grillmöglichkeit fehlten. (Das einzige, was uns fehlte.)
