Fabulous stay and would highly recommend.
Pro: We had a great stay. The house is in a lovely complex with a great pool. had all the amenities that one would need. The home was very clean with pristine white linen and towels. Barbara our host was extremely helpful and very quick to assist with any information we needed. I would highly recommend this home for a relaxed stay.
Contro: There was nothing we did not like. If I could make a recommendation it would be to perhaps have some beach towel’s available.

Pro: The house and the location were great and in close proximity to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. the house was clean and fully equipped with everything you might possibly need. Barbara was easy to reach and replied within minutes and she provided us with all the information we needed concerning the house and the activities to do and tours to take. What surprised us was the fact that on the day of the check in we arrived really late and my phone died literally 5 minutes before we arrrived there and thus we had problem locating our house without a map, Andrea rushed to help us late at night. And the neighbours were of much help as well. This place is great for anyone travelling solo or with a family as the neighbourhood is safe and close to other towns.

Pro: the property was was brilliant. being on the end we had advantage of a large garden around three sides of the apartment meaning we had sun all day. easy access to the swimming pool - which 90% of the time we had to ourselves - and only a 10 minute walk toy he beach and to the restaurants and shops in town.
Contro: only enough bed linen and towels for one person for the whole stay meant we had to wash the towels every couple of days. would have been really useful to have a second set each to alternate between washes.

fabulously located and delightful
Pro: the property was well equipped and clean. convenient for walking to the beach and into town. lovely outlook from the veranda. Barbara was very welcoming and thorough, happy to answer any questions and offer advice. the air conditioning was wonderful to cool the house at night.

Pro: Příjemná klidná lokalita, čistý, útulný, plné vybavený penzion. Krásná pláž pět minut od ubytování, udržovaný bazén. Příjemný a ochotný majitel.
Contro: Na můj vkus tvrdší matrace, trochu boj s odpadem.

Bra läge och fantastisk service!
Pro: Fantastisk uteplats och bra poolområde. Närheten till havet och riktigt snabb och bra service👌 Tvättmaskinen slutade fungera en dag men vi skickade till Barbara och den byttes samma dag. Poolen rengjordes varje dag. Barbara svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Helnöjda med vår vistelse!
Contro: Hade önskat nån mer spegel i lägenheten, gärna helkroppsspegel, en i varje sovrum hade varit toppen. Fanns bara en i badrummet.

Pro: Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Contro: Der einige Nachteil ist die Müll Thematik. Man muss seinen Müll bei der Abreise mitnehmen und zum ca. 9 Minuten per Auto entfernt Müllzentrum entsorgt werden. Da die Gemeinde auch sehr streng kontrolliert muss alles Ordnungsgemäß getrennt sein, was jetzt weniger das Problem war. Aber den Müll bei Abreise selbst zum Müllzentrum zu fahren fanden wir nicht gut. Das ist aber auch das einzige Negative.

Gute Unterkunft für Familien
Pro: Der Komplex ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Pool ist gemeinschaftlich nutzbar, gelegentlich hat man ihn auch für sich alleine. Gelegentlich ist er allerdings auch von Kinderhorden belagert. Liegen sind am Haus vorhanden. Der Strand von Budoni ist unheimlich schön und fußläufig erreichbar. Die naheliegende Autobahn war nicht störend. Klimaanlagen gibt es in jedem Zimmer.
Contro: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Wohnung darüber hat ihre Terrasse über dem Wohnzimmer. Leider gibt es keinerlei Trittschalldämmung. Werden oben Stühle geschoben, was bei uns sehr häufig vorkam, ist es im Wohnzimmer wahnsinnig laut. Nach kurzer Zeit war das sehr nervig. Zudem wird verlangt, dass aller Müll am Ende mitgenommen wird. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Unterkunft.

Vynikající ubytování s bazénem u moře
Pro: Naprosto báječné ubytování. Prostorný apartmán se dvěmi ložnicemi a nadstandartní vybavení. Prostorná koupelna s ručníky a toaletními potřebami. Kuchyň plně vybavená nádobím, skleničkami, trouba, mikrovlnka, robot, velká lednice s mrazákem, myčka, pračka a mnoho dalších užitečných věcí. Nechybí ani ingredience k vaření sůl, koření...... Posezení v kuchyni i na obou terasách. Zadní terasa je vybavena plynovým grilem!!! K dispozici jsou lehátka na pláž (nebo na velkou zahradu před apartmánem) a slunečníky. Na televizi se satelitnímy programy jsme se ani nestihli dívat. Možná jsem na něco zapoměl, ale je tam všechno! Společný bazén v areálu byl otevřen od 09 do 21 hodin. Voda v něm byla čistá a teplá. Cesta na pláž trvala cca 12 minut pěšky a končila u plážové restaurace, kde dělali vynikající čerstvou pizzu v peci! Závěrem bych chtěl velice poděkovat Barbaře, která mi poskytla velké množství informací o ubytování a o širokém okolí. Thank you Barbara :-)
