Great apartment, location and property manager

Pro: Very nice place and great location. You are close to a lot of attractions in this region. The little town has good restaurants, supermarkets, etc and everything in walking distance. The view from apartment 7 is great the terrace is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need and Alessandro is providing you with coffee capsules. One shower and one bathroom with a bathtub is very practical if you travel with more than two people. Parking - no problem. I would like to emphasize that Alessandro is doing a real great job, if there is any problem during your stay i am sure he tries his best to resolve it. The janitor and his wife are also very friendly. If we are around again we will book with Alessandro again.

Contro: All good nothing to complain about.

Fantastic apartment at an excellent location with a beautiful view!

Pro: I have only great things to say about Villa Marconi! The location was excellent for me and my friends as we did several trips to different beaches, and with the easy access to the highway and great parking opportunities this fit us perfectly! The apartment was well equipped and the all the rooms were very clean. The terrace was exceptionally good and we spent most of our time out there while at the apartment. The host Alessandro was really easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any inquiries or questions i had before and during our stay, this also made both check in and out very smooth without any issues! I highly recommend staying at Villa Marconi if you visit Sardinia!

Pro: Seher freundlicher Gastgeber und unkompliziert. Wir konnten in immer Telefonisch erreichen das wahr super. hat uns auch Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann das wahr auch so. Alles in der Wohnung hat Funktioniert.

Schöner Urlaub der uns zu kurz vorkam 🥴

Pro: Nette Lage, sehr sauber, moderne Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Kafeekapseln waren da! Alessandro war ganz nett, hat uns in allen Belangen geholfen und unsTipps gegeben. Sonnenschirm ausgeborgt. Die Hausverwalter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!!!
