Pro: Struttura molto bella, funzionale, accogliente ed in ottima posizione. Appartamento con dotazione completa e curata. Ottimo il patio e la piscina riscaldata, con acqua salata. Molto apprezzato l’accesso alla struttura, protetto da cancello. Proprietario e staff gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo.

Contro: Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

Pro: La struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni confort, la cucina è pienamente attrezzata e nello spazio privato esterno è presente un barbecue privato Il proprietario e tutto il personale sono riusciti a venirci incontro per ogni nostra esigenza A presto!

Relax allo stato puro.

Pro: Struttura bellissima a due passi dalla spiaggia, ben curata e pulitissima, lo staff (Pasquale e Michele) sono stati estremamente competenti e sempre all’altezza delle aspettative. Questi ultimi sono stati disponibili a fornirci informazioni e consigli su spiagge e ristoranti migliori della zona. Torneremo presto!

Pro: Great location and the local town/market is wonderful. The local beach is busy, but lovely in the morning, as is the local Forrest/coast line. Great location.

Contro: WiFi was erratic and never reached the pool…which is unusual! Recycling - very complicated and boxes provided are not sufficient for an apartment for 6 people.

Pro: This place was stunning. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with great recommendations. The apartment was extremely tidy and had everything we needed. We had such a great stay, and the pool is also a lovely addition.

Pro: Excellent service, location, interior and equipment. High speed Internet, nice pool to enjoy sunset. View of the sea. Proximity to Budoni, restaurants and beach.

Contro: September has also some rainy days!

Wonderful luxury villas in the cosy village Budoni only 25 mins from Olbia airport.

Pro: Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants in the area. Gated community with plenty of space to park your car. Well designed property and houses gives a feeling of the luxury retreat that this place really is. The villas really stands out of the ordinary and offers everything you can ask for on your holiday. Perfect kitchen, nice and fresh bathrooms, clean and spacious bedrooms, all in a modern and clean design. We will definitely come back again.

Contro: If you could ask for one thing it would be a larger safe (security box). It feels good being able to lock in laptops when going to the beach for a full day. But this is not possible in the existing security box since it’s to small.

Pro: Pasquale and Michelle were very helpful with the check in/out and ensured we had everything for out stay. The location was grand, close to beaches and close to Budoni itself. The pool was very nice as well and everything spotless!!
