Pro: Nice, functional, clean apartment, close to everything (train station, bus stations, shops, restaurants). Giorgio was very kind and responsive, even helped us with keeping our bags after the checkout, so we were able to stroll leisurely while waiting for our bus. The streets outside the apartment have a lively atmosphere, with music and loads of people, however the window shutters were very good in lowering the noise so that we wouldn't be kept up at night. Loved the stay here.

Contro: Maybe one extra towel rack would have been useful, since there were two of us.

Perfect stay in the hart of the city

Pro: We spend 10 days and everything was just fine (two adults and two kids) …if you like to be in the center of pedestrian zone with lot of life around you this is good choice.We enjoy morning coffee and breakfast in glamour caffe just under our apartment .Giorgio was perfect host …thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay!

Pro: The apartment was very nice. It is directly in the center of Olbia and was built like a loft with stairs up to the beds. Everything was super clean and new. The owner was really nice. He even had some coffee capsules prepeared for us in the room. We had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water heater and a hair dryer and so on. The apartment also has good air conditioning. We recommend this place 100% and will even come back to there if we ever visit Olbia again!

Perfect location in a clean modern apartment

Pro: The bed was comfy bed and the apartment was extremely clean. We have a crawling baby so need very clean floors. The location was ideal right in old town with restaurants on your doorstep. We’d love to stay again.

Contro: Seul bémol l’escalier qui mène à l’appartement au dessus de nous fait beaucoup de bruit

Idealne miejsce na nocleg i krótki pobyt. Bardzo polecam.

Pro: Bardzo polecam miejsce. W samym centrum, idealnie usytuowane. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Mieszkanie idealne dla 4 osób, wszystko jest w mieszkaniu to co potrzebne. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, są ręczniki. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem, mimo, że dopiero dojechaliśmy z lotniska po północy.
